Light The Night - An annual event where the participants walk 2-3 miles in the evening carrying a balloon with a blinking light inside. The event raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Leukemia is the #1 killer of children.
Muscular Dystrophy Association - Jerry's Kids - everyone probably has heard of this one. Neuro muscular diseases are heartbreaking.
His Nesting Place - One of the biggest arguments I hear from the "pro-choice" friends of mine is that pro-life people don't care about the baby or mother after the baby is born. Pastor Al and Judy Howard are the best proof I can see that disproves that argument.
Boy Scouts of America - Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, Reverent - the 12 points of the Scout law. If we all lived them, the world would be a much better place.
